I miss being in the studio and teaching but I know I’ll have even more to drawn from once I return there! I’m glad you’re maintaining your practice and finding support for it!

You’ll find that as time passes you will become more and more comfortable - like running, those initial runs may seem too long or too steep but we grow into them. That said, feel free to adjust your foot position in the moment and/or to create an even more comfortable seat the next time around!

I’ve been thinking about, working on and playing with those transitions between levels and will bring more of that into practices actually!

Adam! So Sorry I didn't respond to this earlier. I missed the notification for it. The good news - especially if you've been doing that class on repeat - is that there isn't a problem with that. Mixing it up every now and again is good. Some people need to be doing that more frequently, but as long as you're getting what you need from that class it's okay to repeat it. You're not alone in that!
