I have a question. On Fridays when I come to class, I often have just finished breakfast. How do I handle a pose like downward facing dog? It doesn't feel good to be upside down with a full. stomach. Aside from getting up earlier or skipping breakfast, is there a way to modify down dog that could be helpful in keeping breakfast in its place?
