Thank you Al. That was so peaceful. 

I have one question. At the end my foot fell asleep. It was distracting so I just uncrossed that leg. I felt like maybe I should have ignored the pins and needles. What do you do?

I'll come back to this meditation.

Hi Al, Today's class was like a homecoming for me. It's been a long time since I was able to take a class live. And what a class!  It was transcendent! I"m sending you all good wishes for healing and ease.  Maggie

Took this class again. Even better the second time. The breath really changed!

Thanks Al! A wonderful difference between knowing what's there from drawings and feeling what's there from movement and attention.
